禱讀：行傳1章8節

但聖靈降臨在你們身上，你們就必得著能力，並要在耶路撒冷、猶太全地，和撒瑪利亞，直到地極，作我的見證人。
But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth."

a.聖靈的大能與全地的見證

8但聖靈降臨在你們身上，你們就必得著能力，並要在耶路撒冷、猶太全地，和撒瑪利亞，直到地極，作我的見證人。
9說了這話，他們正看的時候，他就被取上升，有一朵雲彩把他接去，便看不見他了。

你要為真道打那美好的仗，持定永生；你為此被召，也在許多見證人面前已經作了那美好的見證。（提摩太前書 1 Timothy 6:12）
Fight the good fight of the faith. Take hold of the eternal life to which you were called when you made your good confession in the presence of many witnesses.

弟兄勝過牠，是因羔羊的血和自己所見證的道，他們雖至於死也不愛惜性命。（啟示錄 Revelation 12:11）
They triumphed over him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony; they did not love their lives so much as to shrink from death.

一粒麥子不落在地裡死了，仍舊是一粒；若是死了，就結出許多子粒來。愛惜自己生命的，就失喪生命；在這世上恨惡自己生命的，就要保守生命到永生。（約翰福音 John 12:24,25）
Very truly I tell you, unless a kernel of wheat falls to the ground and dies, it remains only a single seed. But if it dies, it produces many seeds. Anyone who loves their life will lose it, while anyone who hates their life in this world will keep it for eternal life.

那美好的仗我已經打過了，當跑的路我已經跑盡了，所信的道我已經守住了。（提摩太後書 2 Timothy 4:7）
I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith.

b.得勝的升天與應許的到來

10當他往上去，他們定睛望天的時候，忽然有兩個人身穿白衣，站在旁邊，說：
11「加利利人哪，你們為什麼站著望天呢？這離開你們被接升天的耶穌，你們見他怎樣往天上去，他還要怎樣來。」

看哪，我必快來！凡遵守這書上預言的有福了！（啟示錄 Revelation 22:7）
Look, I am coming soon! Blessed is the one who keeps the words of the prophecy written in this scroll.

證明這事的說：是了，我必快來！阿們！主耶穌啊，我願你來！（啟示錄 Revelation 22:20）
He who testifies to these things says, Yes, I am coming soon. Amen. Come, Lord Jesus.

c.眾人的同心與恆切的禱告
The Unity of all and the Constant Prayer
12有一座山，名叫橄欖山，離耶路撒冷不遠，約有安息日可走的路程。當下，門徒從那裡回耶路撒冷去，
13進了城，就上了所住的一間樓房；在那裡有彼得、約翰、雅各、安得烈、腓力、多馬、巴多羅買、馬太、亞勒腓的兒子雅各、奮銳黨的西門，和雅各的兒子猶大。
14這些人同著幾個婦人和耶穌的母親馬利亞，並耶穌的弟兄，都同心合意的恆切禱告。

耶路撒冷啊，我在你城上設立守望的，他們晝夜必不靜默。呼籲耶和華的，你們不要歇息，也不要使他歇息，直等他建立耶路撒冷，使耶路撒冷在地上成為可讚美的。（以賽亞書 Isaiah 62:6,7）
I have posted watchmen on your walls, Jerusalem; they will never be silent day or night. You who call on the Lord, give yourselves no rest, and give him no rest till he establishes Jerusalem and makes her the praise of the earth.

你們要為耶路撒冷求平安：耶路撒冷啊，愛你的人必然興旺。願你城中平安，願你宮內興旺！（詩篇 Psalm 122:6,7）
Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: May those who love you be secure. May there be peace within your walls and security within your citadels."
