約翰福音19章31-42節

不死的生命與至終的尊榮

The Immortal Life and the Ultimate Honor

a.救贖的寶血與潔淨的活水
The precious blood of redemption and the living water of cleansing
31猶太人因這日是預備日，又因那安息日是個大日，就求彼拉多叫人打斷他們的腿，把他們拿去，免得屍首當安息日留在十字架上。
32於是兵丁來，把頭一個人的腿，並與耶穌同釘第二個人的腿，都打斷了。
33只是來到耶穌那裡，見他已經死了，就不打斷他的腿。
34惟有一個兵拿槍扎他的肋旁，隨即有血和水流出來。

知道你們得贖…乃是憑著基督的寶血，如同無瑕疵、無玷污的羔羊之血。（彼得前書 1 Peter 1:1,19）
you were redeemed… but with the precious blood of Christ, a lamb without blemish or defect.

人若喝我所賜的水就永遠不渴。我所賜的水要在他裡頭成為泉源，直湧到永生。（約翰福音 John4:14）
but whoever drinks the water I give them will never thirst. Indeed, the water I give them will become in them a spring of water welling up to eternal life.

要用水藉著道把教會洗淨，成為聖潔，可以獻給自己，作個榮耀的教會，毫無玷污、皺紋等類的病，乃是聖潔沒有瑕疵的。（以弗所書 Ephesians 5:26,27）
to make her holy, cleansing her by the washing with water through the word, and to present her to himself as a radiant church, without stain or wrinkle or any other blemish, but holy and blameless.

b.生命的堅韌與悔改的仰望
The tenacity of life and the looking up of repentance
35看見這事的那人就作見證，他的見證也是真的，並且他知道自己所說的是真的，叫你們也可以信。
36這些事成了，為要應驗經上的話說：「他的骨頭一根也不可折斷。」
37經上又有一句說：「他們要仰望自己所扎的人。」

一點不可留到早晨，羊羔的骨頭一根也不可折斷。他們要照逾越節的一切律例而守。（民數記 Numbers 9:12）
They must not leave any of it till morning or break any of its bones. When they celebrate the Passover, they must follow all the regulations.

義人多有苦難，但耶和華救他脫離這一切，又保全他一身的骨頭，連一根也不折斷。（詩篇 Psalm 34:19,20）
Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him from them all. he protects all his bones, not one of them will be broken.

這必朽壞的既變成不朽壞的，這必死的既變成不死的，那時經上所記「死被得勝吞滅」的話就應驗了。（哥林多前書 1 Corinthians 15:54）
When the perishable has been clothed with the imperishable, and the mortal with immortality, then the saying that is written will come true: "Death has been swallowed up in victory."

我必將那施恩叫人懇求的靈澆灌大衛家和耶路撒冷的居民。他們必仰望我，就是他們所扎的；必為我悲哀。（撒迦利亞書 Zechariah 12:10）
And I will pour out on the house of David and the inhabitants of Jerusalem a spirit of grace and supplication. They will look on me, the one they have pierced, and they will mourn for him

看哪，他在雲中降臨，眾目要看見他，連刺他的人也要看見他，地上的萬族都要因他哀哭。這話是真實的，阿們。（啟示錄 Revelation 1:7）
Look, he is coming with the clouds," and "every eye will see him, even those who pierced him"; and all peoples on earth "will mourn because of him." So shall it be! Amen.

c.對主的認定與愛主的尊崇
The Identification of the Lord and the honoring of loving the Lord
38這些事以後，有亞利馬太人約瑟，是耶穌的門徒，只因怕猶太人，就暗暗的作門徒。他來求彼拉多，要把耶穌的身體領去。彼拉多允准，他就把耶穌的身體領去了。
39又有尼哥底母，就是先前夜裡去見耶穌的，帶著沒藥和沉香，約有一百斤前來。
40他們就照猶太人殯葬的規矩，把耶穌的身體用細麻布加上香料裹好了。
41在耶穌釘十字架的地方有一個園子，園子裡有一座新墳墓，是從來沒有葬過人的。
42只因是猶太人的預備日，又因那墳墓近，他們就把耶穌安放在那裡。

公會的人…便叫使徒來，把他們打了，又吩咐他們不可奉耶穌的名講道…他們離開公會，心裡歡喜，因被算是配為這名受辱。（使徒行傳 Acts 5:40,41）
They called the apostles in and had them flogged. Then they ordered them not to speak in the name of Jesus…The apostles left the Sanhedrin, rejoicing because they had been counted worthy of suffering disgrace for the Name.

仰望為我們信心創始成終的耶穌。他因那擺在前面的喜樂，就輕看羞辱，忍受了十字架的苦難，便坐在神寶座的右邊。（希伯來書 Hebrews 12:2）
fixing our eyes on Jesus, the pioneer and perfecter of faith. For the joy set before him he endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.

他雖然未行強暴，口中也沒有詭詐，人還使他與惡人同埋；誰知死的時候與財主同葬。（以賽亞書 53:9）
He was assigned a grave with the wicked, and with the rich in his death, though he had done no violence, nor was any deceit in his mouth.

36　他的骨頭一根也不可折斷
Not one of his bones will be broken

They will look on the one they have pierced
