The Glorious instructions and the coming of the Holy Spirit |

| 10 | 我在父裡面，父在我裡面，你不信嗎？我對你們所說的話，不是憑著自己說的，乃是住在我裡面的父做他自己的事。 |
| 11 | 你們當信我，我在父裡面，父在我裡面；即或不信，也當因我所做的事信我。 |
| 12 | 我實實在在的告訴你們，我所做的事，信我的人也要做，並且要做比這更大的事，因為我往父那裡去。 |
All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to Me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 但聖靈降臨在你們身上，你們就必得著能力，並要在耶路撒冷、猶太全地，和撒瑪利亞，直到地極，作我的見證人。（使徒行傳 1:8）
But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.

Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name, your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. 不要憂慮說：吃什麼？喝什麼？穿什麼？這都是外邦人所求的。你們需用的這一切東西，你們的天父是知道的。你們要先求他的國和他的義，這些東西都要加給你們了。（馬太福音 Matthew 6:32,33）
So do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat? or ‘What shall we drink? or ‘What shall we wear? But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. 你們的光也當這樣照在人前，叫他們看見你們的好行為，便將榮耀歸給你們在天上的父。（馬太福音 Matthew 5:16）
In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven. 你們雖然不好，尚且知道拿好東西給兒女；何況天父，豈不更將聖靈給求他的人嗎？（路加福音 11:13）
If you then, though you are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father in heaven give the Holy Spirit to those who ask him! 他們天天同心合意恆切的在殿裡，且在家中擘餅，存著歡喜、誠實的心用飯，讚美神，得眾民的喜愛。主將得救的人天天加給他們。（使徒行傳 2:46,47）
Every day they continued to meet together in the temple courts. They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts, praising God and enjoying the favor of all the people. And the Lord added to their number daily those who were being saved. 我聽見我的兒女們按真理而行，我的喜樂就沒有比這個大的。（約翰三書 3 John1:4）
I have no greater joy than to hear that my children are walking in the truth. 誰是忠心有見識的僕人，為主人所派，管理家裡的人，按時分糧給他們呢。主人來到，看見他這樣行，那僕人就有福了。我實在告訴你們，主人要派他管理一切所有的。（馬太福音 24:45-47）
Who then is a faithful and wise servant, whom the master has put in charge of his household, to give them food at the proper time? Blessed is that servant whose master finds him doing so when he returns. Truly I tell you, he will put him in charge of all his possessions.
| c. | 真理的聖靈與永遠的同在 The Spirit of Truth and the Presence of eternity |
| 16 | 我要求父，父就另外賜給你們一位保惠師(訓慰師），叫他永遠與你們同在， |
| 17 | 就是真理的聖靈，乃世人不能接受的；因為不見他，也不認識他。你們卻認識他，因他常與你們同在，也要在你們裡面。 |
| 18 | 我不撇下你們為孤兒，我必到你們這裡來。 |
| 19 | 還有不多的時候，世人不再看見我，你們卻看見我；因為我活著，你們也要活著。 |
| 20 | 到那日，你們就知道我在父裡面，你們在我裡面，我也在你們裡面。 |
My dear children, I write this to you so that you will not sin. But if anybody does sin, we have an advocate with the Father — Jesus Christ, the Righteous One. 況且我們的軟弱有聖靈幫助，我們本不曉得當怎樣禱告，只是聖靈親自用說不出來的歎息替我們禱告。（羅馬書 Romans 8:26）
In the same way, the Spirit helps us in our weakness. We do not know what we ought to pray for, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us through wordless groans. 誰能使我們與基督的愛隔絕呢？難道是患難嗎？是困苦嗎…因為我深信無論是死，是生…都不能叫我們與神的愛隔絕；這愛是在我們的主基督耶穌裡的。（羅馬書 Romans 8:35-38）
Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall trouble or hardship or persecution…For I am convinced that neither death nor life…will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
禱讀：約十四章16,17節 我要求父，父就另外賜給你們一位保惠師，叫他永遠與你們同在，就是真理的聖靈
And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another comforter(advocate) to help you and be with you forever— the Spirit of truth.
| 10 | Don't you believe that I am in the Father, and that the Father is in me? The words I say to you I do not speak on my own authority. Rather, it is the Father, living in me, who is doing his work. |
| 11 | Believe me when I say that I am in the Father and the Father is in me; or at least believe on the evidence of the works themselves. |
| 12 | Very truly I tell you, whoever believes in me will do the works I have been doing, and they will do even greater things than these, because I am going to the Father. |
| 13 | And I will do whatever you ask in my name, so that the Father may be glorified in the Son. |
| 14 | You may ask me for anything in my name, and I will do it. |
| 15 | If you love me, keep my commands. |
| 16 | And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another advocate to help you and be with you forever — |
| 17 | the Spirit of truth. The world cannot accept him, because it neither sees him nor knows him. But you know him, for he lives with you and will be in you. |
| 18 | I will not leave you as orphans; I will come to you. |
| 19 | Before long, the world will not see me anymore, but you will see me. Because I live, you also will live. |
| 20 | On that day you will realize that I am in my Father, and you are in me, and I am in you. |
