The implement of salvation and the searching in love

| 30 | 耶穌說：這聲音不是為我，是為你們來的。 |

We know that we are from God, and the whole world lies in the power of the evil one. 此等不信之人被這世界的神弄瞎了心眼，不叫基督榮耀福音的光照著他們。基督本是神的像。（哥林多後書 2 Corinthians 4:4）
The god of this age has blinded the minds of unbelievers, so that they cannot see the light of the gospel that displays the glory of Christ, who is the image of God. 耶和華對摩西說：你製造一條火蛇，掛在杆子上；凡被咬的，一望這蛇，就必得活。（民數記 Numbers 21:8）
The Lord said to Moses, Make a snake and put it up on a pole; anyone who is bitten can look at it and live. 摩西在曠野怎樣舉蛇，人子也必照樣被舉起來，叫一切信祂的都得永生。（約翰福音 John 3:14-15）
Just as Moses lifted up the snake in the wilderness, so the Son of Man must be lifted up, that everyone who believes in Him may have eternal life.

Since the children have flesh and blood, he too shared in their humanity so that by his death he might break the power of him who holds the power of death—that is, the devil—and free those who all their lives were held in slavery by their fear of death. 那吩咐光從黑暗裡照出來的神，已經照在我們心裡，叫我們得知神榮耀的光顯在耶穌基督的面上。（哥林多後書 2 Corinthians 4:6）
Let light shine out of darkness, made his light shine in our hearts to give us the light of the knowledge of God’s glory displayed in the face of Christ. 黑夜已深，白晝將近，我們就當脫去暗昧的行為，帶上光明的兵器。行事為人要端正，好像行在白晝。（羅馬書 Romans 13:12-13）
The night is nearly over; the day is almost here. So let us put aside the deeds of darkness and put on the armor of light. Let us behave decently, as in the daytime, not in carousing and drunkenness. 神就是光，在他毫無黑暗…我們若在光中行，如同神在光中，就彼此交通，他兒子耶穌的血也洗淨我們一切的罪。（約翰壹書 1 John 1:5, 7）
God is light; in him there is no darkness at all…But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus, his Son, purifies us from all sin.

He was despised and rejected by mankind, a man of suffering, and familiar with pain. Like one from whom people hide their faces he was despised, and we held him in low esteem. Surely He took on our infirmities and carried our sorrows; yet we considered Him stricken by God, struck down and afflicted. 我也要立他為長子，為世上最高的君王。我要為他存留我的慈愛，直到永遠；我與他立的約必要堅定。我也要使他的後裔存到永遠，使他的寶座如天之久。（詩篇 Psalm 89:27-29）
And I will appoint him to be my firstborn, the most exalted of the kings of the earth. I will maintain my love to him forever, and my covenant with him will never fail. I will establish his line forever, his throne as long as the heavens endure. 主看一日如千年，千年如一日。主所應許的尚未成就，有人以為他是耽延，其實不是耽延，乃是寬容你們，不願有一人沉淪，乃願人人都悔改。（彼得後書 2 Peter 3:8-9） With the Lord a day is like a thousand years, and a thousand years are like a day. The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. Instead he is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance. 我不以福音為恥；這福音本是神的大能，要救一切相信的，先是猶太人，後是希臘人。（羅馬書 Romans 1:16）
For I am not ashamed of the gospel, because it is the power of God that brings salvation to everyone who believes: first to the Jew, then to the Gentile.
禱讀31, 32節
這世界的王要被趕出去，我若從地上被舉起來 就要吸引萬人來歸我
The prince of this world will be driven out. And I, when I am lifted up from the earth, will draw all people to myself.

| 32 | And I, when I am lifted up from the earth, will draw all people to myself.” |

| 34 | The crowd spoke up, “We have heard from the Law that the Messiah will remain forever, so how can you say, ‘The Son of Man must be lifted up’? Who is this ‘Son of Man’?” |
| 35 | Then Jesus told them, “You are going to have the light just a little while longer. Walk while you have the light, before darkness overtakes you. Whoever walks in the dark does not know where they are going. |
| 36 | Believe in the light while you have the light, so that you may become children of light.” When he had finished speaking, Jesus left and hid himself from them. |
| 37 | Even after Jesus had performed so many signs in their presence, they still would not believe in him. |
| 38 | This was to fulfill the word of Isaiah the prophet: “Lord, who has believed our message and to whom has the arm of the Lord been revealed? ” |
