You have made known to me the paths of life; you will fill me with joy in your resence.

| 25 | 大衛指著他說：我看見主常在我眼前；他在我右邊，叫我不至於搖動。 |
| 26 | 所以，我心裡歡喜，我的靈(舌)快樂；並且我的肉身要安居在指望中。 |
| 27 | 因你必不將我的靈魂撇在陰間，也不叫你的聖者見朽壞。 |
| 28 | 你已將生命的道路指示我，必叫我因見你的面得著滿足的快樂。 |
As the deer pants for streams of water, so my soul pants for you, my God. My soul thirsts for God, for the living God. When can I go and meet with God? My tears have been my food day and night, while people say to me all day long, "Where is your God?" 我的心哪，你為何憂悶？為何在我裡面煩躁？應當仰望神，因他笑臉幫助我，我還要稱讚他。（詩篇 Psalm 42:5）
Why, my soul, are you downcast? Why so disturbed within me? Put your hope in God, for I will yet praise him, my Savior and my God. 照著我所切慕、所盼望的，沒有一事叫我羞愧，只要凡事放膽，無論是生是死，總叫基督在我身上照常顯大。（腓立比書 Philippians 1:20）
I eagerly expect and hope that I will in no way be ashamed, but will have sufficient courage so that now as always Christ will be exalted in my body, whether by life or by death.

For as in Adam all die, so in Christ all will be made alive. 那時基督既將一切執政的、掌權的、有能的都毀滅了，就把國交於父神。因為基督必要做王，等神把一切仇敵都放在他的腳下。（哥林多前書 1 Corinthians 15:24,25）
Then the end will come, when he hands over the kingdom to God the Father after he has destroyed all dominion, authority and power. For he must reign until he has put all his enemies under his feet.

They triumphed over him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony; they did not love their lives so much as to shrink from death. 因為凡被神的靈引導的，都是神的兒子…聖靈與我們的心同證我們是神的兒女。（羅馬書 Romans8:14,16）
For those who are led by the Spirit of God are the children of God. The Spirit himself testifies with our spirit that we are God's children. 這必死的既變成不死的，那時經上所記(死被得勝吞滅)的話就應驗了。死啊，你得勝的權勢在哪裡？死啊，你的毒鉤在哪裡？（哥林多前書 1 Corinthians 15:54,55）
When the perishable has been clothed with the imperishable, and the mortal with immortality, then the saying that is written will come true: Death has been swallowed up in victory. Where, O death, is your victory? Where, O death, is your sting?
