他們就都被聖靈充滿，按著聖靈所賜的口才……講說神的大作為。
All of them were filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak ... declaring the wonders of God

a.聖靈的充滿與屬天的口才
The Filling of the Holy Spirit and Heavenly Eloquence
1五旬節到了，門徒都聚集在一處。
2忽然，從天上有響聲下來，好像一陣大風吹過，充滿了他們所坐的屋子，
3又有舌頭如火焰顯現出來，分開落在他們各人頭上。
4他們就都被聖靈充滿，按著聖靈所賜的口才說起別國的話來。

願你們平安！父怎樣差遣了我，我也照樣差遣你們。說了這話，就向他們吹一口氣，說：你們受聖靈！（約翰福音 John 20:21,22）
Peace be with you! As the Father has sent me, I am sending you. And with that he breathed on them and said, Receive the Holy Spirit.

風隨著意思吹，你聽見風的響聲，卻不曉得從哪裡來，往哪裡去；凡從聖靈生的，也是如此。（約翰福音 John 3:8）
The wind blows wherever it pleases. You hear its sound, but you cannot tell where it comes from or where it is going. So it is with everyone born of the Spirit.”

我是用水給你們施浸，叫你們悔改；但那在我以後來的，能力比我更大…他要用聖靈與火給你們施浸。（馬太福音 Matthew 3:11）
I baptize you with water for repentance. But after me comes one who is more powerful than I…He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and fire.

因為耶和華你的神乃是烈火，是忌邪的神。（申命記 Deuteronomy 4:24）
For the Lord your God is a consuming fire, a jealous God.

為此我提醒你，使你將神藉我按手所給你的恩賜再如火挑旺起來。因為神賜給我們不是膽怯的靈，乃是剛強、仁愛、謹守的靈。（提摩太後書 2 Timothy 1:6,7）
For this reason I remind you to fan into flame the gift of God, which is in you through the laying on of my hands. For the Spirit God gave us does not make us timid, but gives us power, love and self-discipline.

b.對人的大愛與福音的廣傳
The Great love for people and the Spread of the Gospel
5那時，有虔誠的猶太人從天下各國來，住在耶路撒冷。
6這聲音一響，眾人都來聚集，各人聽見門徒用眾人的鄉談說話，就甚納悶；
7都驚訝希奇說：看哪，這說話的不都是加利利人嗎？
8我們各人，怎麼聽見他們說我們生來所用的鄉談呢？

你們要追求愛，也要切慕屬靈的恩賜，其中更要羨慕的，是作先知講道…要造就、安慰、勸勉人。（哥林多前書 14:1,3）
Follow the way of love and eagerly desire gifts of the Spirit, especially prophecy… But the one who prophesies speaks to people for their strengthening, encouraging and comfort.

他願意萬人得救，明白真道…我為此奉派做傳道的，做使徒，做外邦人的師傅，教導他們相信，學習真道。（提摩太前書 1 Timothy 2:4）
who wants all people to be saved and to come to a knowledge of the truth…And for this purpose I was appointed a herald and an apostle—and a true and faithful teacher of the Gentiles.

我們不拘是猶太人，是希臘人，是為奴的，是自主的，都從一位聖靈受浸，成了一個身體，飲於一位聖靈。（哥林多前書 1 Corinthians 12:13）
For we were all baptized by one Spirit so as to form one body—whether Jews or Gentiles, slave or free—and we were all given the one Spirit to drink.

c.熱切的傳揚與活神的表明
The Zealous Preaching and the Manifestation of the Living God
9我們帕提亞人、瑪代人、以攔人，和住在米所波大米、猶太、加帕多家、本都、亞西亞、
10弗呂家、旁非利亞、埃及的人，並靠近古利奈的呂彼亞一帶地方的人，從羅馬來的客旅中，或是猶太人，或是進猶太教的人，
11革哩底和亞拉伯人，都聽見他們用我們的鄉談，講說神的大作為。
12眾人就都驚訝猜疑，彼此說：「這是什麼意思呢？」
13還有人譏誚說：他們無非是新酒灌滿了。

我心裡湧出美辭；我論到我為王做的事，我的舌頭是快手筆。你比世人更美，在你嘴裡滿有恩惠，所以神賜福給你，直到永遠。（詩篇 Psalm 45:1~2）
My heart is stirred by a noble theme as I recite my verses for the king; my tongue is the pen of a skillful writer. You are the most excellent of men and your lips have been anointed with grace, since God has blessed you forever.

我們傳揚他，是用諸般的智慧勸誡各人，教導各人，要把各人在基督裡完完全全地引到神面前。（歌羅西書 Colossians 1:28）
He is the one we proclaim, admonishing and teaching everyone with all wisdom, so that we may present everyone fully mature in Christ.

不要醉酒，酒能使人放蕩；乃要被聖靈充滿。當用詩章、頌詞、靈歌、彼此對說，口唱心和的讚美主。（以弗所書 Ephesians 5:18~19）
Do not get drunk on wine, which leads to debauchery. Instead, be filled with the Spirit, speaking to one another with psalms, hymns, and songs from the Spirit. Sing and make music from your heart to the Lord,
